What has IBC done for our churches?

2001 - 2007

(Not necessarily all inclusive!)

=

First= .  We must understand who/what the IBC is.  The IBC is the voluntary relationship that exists between the pastors and peoples of member churches.  The s= taff serves to initiate, engage and enhance that relationship.  The on-going results of that dynamic have proven very fruitful over the past seven years= !

The following list is our attempt at recording how we’ve helped mobilize one another for effective Kingdom outreach.=

We’ve tried to include everyone and everything, but probably have missed something!  So as you review this list, let us know if we missed you!  We extend our sincere apologies to anyone we may have inadvertently overlooked!

Secon= d.  Major confl= ict is often an embarrassing and life-threatening time in the life of a church.&nb= sp; Sixteen IBC churches have faced such extended periods of major conflict.&nb= sp; To avoid embarrassment, we have not identified those sixteen churches.  But it is crucial that you be aware that IBC staff and LEAD team pastors ha= ve been deeply involved in extensive consultations, interventions, reconciliations, and restorations.  These have often required numerous trips and meetings with conflicted parties.

God has blessed such efforts!  The resul= ts have been almost universally favorable
