ENGAGEMENT

Step One: Engage IBC Pastors and Lay
Leaders in a brainstorming process creating a broad list of
potential options for new alliances and alignments.

Step Two: Pastors (Statewide LEAD
meeting--May 1-2) will narrow down the list to a manageable
number... for investigation over the next year

Step Three: VOTE--Engage
the support of IBC conference delegates and membership!!!

IV.
INVESTIGATION
-
Investigate the "best case"
scenarios, and feasibilities discovered by the Restart Work
Group and the Camp Work Group.

Investigate various non-IBC
entities, determining any potential interest including discussion on PLCC's
potential future.

V.
DELIBERATION-->PROPOSAL
-
Task Force
reviews Work Group reports and District proposals and
narrows the options.

BOO oversees
and reviews the results of investigations, and determines
the best specific proposal for a
new Strategic ALLIANCE & ALIGNMENT
