}LEAD teams provide the opportunity for intentional LEARNING... on topics chosen by the team...

}They provide coaching/mentoring relationships...

}They provide opportunities for self-awareness...

}They provide supportive and ENCOURAGING relationships...

}They provide a place of safety for spiritual intimacy and healthy partnerships with peers...

}They provide accountability in regard to ACHIEVING identified goals...

}And they provide the setting for DREAMING about what God would have them do!

PRINCIPLES

}Healthy pastors will be empowered to mobilize their churches to greater vitality and health...

}Healthy churches will be equipped to multiply and birth new churches...

}God's Kingdom will be expanded...

}God will be glorified!

          IBC LEAD TEAMS are formed around 5 Regional Senior & Associate teams & 

                  2 Youth Pastor teams, with over FIFTY participating pastoral staff.
