MINISTRY PLACEMENT NETWORK (MPN) is a pastoral placement process designed to place... the RIGHT PASTOR...  in the RIGHT CHURCH...  RIGHT TIME!

MPN is the placement process utilized by the Baptist General Conference (BGC) and provides the tools to develop extensive and comprehensive profiles of both the church and the pastoral candidate.

A computerized analysis of the profiles generates the top 10-12 candidates that are the best match for the church... eliminating countless hours accumulating and wading through dozens/hundreds of resumes!
